Rötiboden, Zürih Gölü kıyısındaki Wädenswil'in güneybatı kenarında yer alıyor. Uzun yıllar tarım arazisi olarak kullanılan bölge, son dönemde konut alanına dönüştürülüyor. Buchner Bründler Architekten, burada teraslı bir konut alanı tasarlıyor. Tasarım, açık alanların daireler kadar önemli olduğu bir anlayışla geliştiriliyor.


Konut kompleksi, farklı büyüklükte toplam on bir sıralı evden oluşuyor. Üç katlı evlerin alt katı vadi tarafına, üst katları ise her iki yönde teraslara açılıyor. Giriş tarafındaki teraslar topluluğa açık, göl manzaralı olanlar ise özel.


Beton yapılar iç ve dış mekanlarda açık bırakılıyor, metal detaylarda renkli vurgular kullanılıyor. Parlak renkli banyo modülleri ve 3,75 m yüksekliğindeki tavanlı odalar tasarımın öne çıkan unsurlarından oluyor. Geniş manzaraları ve ortak yaşamı teşvik eden bu kompleks, konumun avantajlarını en iyi şekilde kullanıyor.

Rötiboden is located on the southwestern edge of Wädenswil on the shores of Lake Zurich. The area, which was used as agricultural land for many years, has recently been converted into a residential area. Buchner Bründler Architekten is designing a terraced residential area here. The design is developed with the understanding that open spaces are as important as the apartments.


The residential complex consists of eleven row houses of different sizes. The lower floor of the three-story houses opens onto the valley side, while the upper floors open onto terraces in both directions. The terraces at the entrance are open to the community, while those overlooking the lake are private.


The concrete structures are left open indoors and outdoors, with colored accents on the metal details. Brightly colored bathroom modules and rooms with 3.75 m high ceilings are the design highlights. Encouraging expansive views and communal living, this complex makes the most of its location.
