iF Design Award 2024'ün Residential Interior kategorisindeki kazananı; E Pool House.

Habif Mimarlık tarafından tasarlanan konut projesi 100 m2'lik bir alana sahip. Mevcut arazinin kot farkından yararlanılarak oluşturulan tasarımda, sakinleştirici ve rahatlatıcı bir yaşam alanı hedefleniyor. Çelik strüktür ile inşa edilen yapının dış cephesi yeşil bitki örtüsü ile kaplanıyor. @habifmimarlik

İç mekanda oturma, yemek ve şömine alanlarının birbirleriyle olan ilişkisi samimi bir bütünlük oluşturduğu görülüyor. Konut, önündeki lineer havuza bakan geniş doğrama cephesi ile gün ışığını en iyi şekilde içeri alıyor.

Ahşap ve beton malzemelerin yalın bir şekilde kullanıldığı İstanbul'da yer alan tasarım, ferah atmosferiyle kullanıcılarına 4 mevsime uygun bir konfor alanı sunuyor.

The winner of the iF Design Award 2024 in the Residential Interior category; E Pool House.

The residential project designed by Habif Architecture has an area of 100 m2. The design, created by taking advantage of the elevation difference of the existing land, aims to create a calming and relaxing living space. Built with a steel structure, the exterior of the building is covered with green vegetation. @habifmimarlik

The interrelation of the living, dining and fireplace areas in the interior creates an intimate unity. The house lets in the daylight in the best way possible with its wide joinery facade facing the linear pool in front of it.

Located in Istanbul, where wood and concrete materials are used in a simple way, the design offers its users a comfort area suitable for 4 seasons with its spacious atmosphere.
