Alanında öne çıkan isimlerden biri haline gelen Japon mimar ve profesör Kengo Kuma, projelerinde genellikle bambu, cam, çelik ve ahşabı tercih ediyor. Beton oranını minimumda tutmayı amaçlayan Kuma, geleneksel Japon mimarisini 21. yüzyıl estetiğiyle birleştiriyor.

Japanese architect and professor Kengo Kuma, who has become one of the leading names in his field, generally prefers bamboo, glass, steel and wood in his projects. Aiming to keep the concrete ratio to a minimum, Kuma combines traditional Japanese architecture with 21st century aesthetics.
