Roth Architecture, orman içerisine organik formlu bir ofis yapısı tasarladı. Birbirinden bağımsız, ormanlık alana dağılan hacimlerden oluşan FabLab, ileri teknolojiyi mimari tasarım ve uygulama pratiği ile birleştirmek için geliştiriliyor. @roth_architecture

FabLab, Yucatán yarımadasının Tulum yerleşimindeki doğal bir yeşil alan içerisinde konumlanıyor. Hacimlerin dışına organik bir patika ağı kurgulanıyor. Merkezi modül, kıvrımlı bir formda dinamik bir şekilde yükselirken hacimler arası hiyerarşinin vurgulanmasına da yardımcı oluyor.

Betonarme-çelik yapı, ormanlık alan içerisinde ağaçlara temas etmeyecek şekilde yerleşiyor. Genel olarak ağaçlar binaları sınırlandırırken bazı noktalarda binalar ağaçları sarıyor. Soğan formlu hacimler de bu ağaçların bir kökü gibi davranıyor. Roth Architecture'ın çalışma ofisi için tasarlanan mekanın iç kısmı, 3D yazıcılar, termoform makineleri, lazer kesiciler gibi stüdyonun ekipmanlarına göre farklı yüksekliklerde alanlar içeriyor.

Roth Architecture has designed an organically shaped office structure in the forest. FabLab, which consists of independent volumes scattered in the forest area, is being developed to combine advanced technology with architectural design and application practice. @roth_architecture

FabLab is located in a natural green area in the Tulum settlement of the Yucatán peninsula. An organic network of pathways is built outside the volumes. The central module rises dynamically in a curved form, helping to emphasise the hierarchy between the volumes.

The reinforced concrete-steel structure is placed in a way that it does not touch the trees in the forested area. In general, the trees limit the buildings, while at some points the buildings surround the trees. The onion-shaped volumes act as a root of these trees. The interior of the space, designed for Roth Architecture's work office, contains areas at different heights according to the equipment of the studio such as 3D printers, thermoforming machines, laser cutters.
